Hi CC,
I used to play this game 10 or 15 years ago and stopped when my lifestyle couldn't really fit it in.
The past several months, I've been playing a game called Kingshot. I'm over it, as the time required to compete is ridiculous. However, I've made some online friends and we have discussed playing a different game together to keep the humorous chat going.
Some are keen to play Minecraft together, but after babysitting some friends' kids who played it, that's a hard pass for me, lol. I like these people from Kingshot but there's zero chance I'm chatting in Discord or strategizing via headsets, etc.
Anyway, I thought Conquer Club might be a place where 20-30 of us could gather and casually play a strategy game and compete.
After registering tonight and taking a quick look around, I'm not sure it will be ideal, but maybe someone here could persuade me.
Some questions:
1. What are the credits for? To join games? I don't remember that from back in the day. Most of the people I'd get to play here wouldn't mind spending a little to play, but if a few are reluctant (cheap), would they still be able to play for free?
2. I see there are options to set up private passwords for games. That would be good to play against several friends in a group. If there are over 20 of us, I guess we could set up a tribe (?). I'm just looking for the most efficient way to set up a group to compete mostly against one another, but also have the flexibility for the hardcore players going off on their own to compete against others.
Sorry for the long post.
Cheers
