It's freestyle, people like to play at the same time and coordinate their moves together. Very common tactic. They're probably a group of friends playing together doing just that. My thoughts, anyway...

then why do they never play at the same time and always after each other. and one time he waited 2 minutes then the other one player played then he waited and then the other player played and hes excuse was that he helped him mother hang out clouths
