Comments: please take a look at all games involved with hatterson, there seems to be alot of newly created accounts in alot of his games, especially 1466424 where there are two accounts with similar names except for one letter. It looks like he's using multies to pump up his games. And if you look at his game history, he's only won the ones that are filled with "?" new players.

i could be wrong, but i would like him to be investigated.

I think its just a coincidence that so many new players are in his games. And if it is just coincidence, it should be expected that an experienced player beats a bunch of new recruits most of the time.
