I think you're blocked, not banned. If you were banned, you would have had to purchase premium to play again. A block means you just can't play with those people.

Nevertheless, the best method of appeal is through an eticket located in the Help tab at the top of the page.

If you want to get unblocked you should both get premium, I am not sure it helps, but you should anyways

Yes I have been suggested that(to get member ship) but if I do I'm out 25 buck for a game I JUST play to past time I don't play it engouh to pay for a silly little member ship

I should not be blocked for nothing and then be asked to buy a membership! thats called huslling people

Because me and my brother did not do ANYTHING wrong!

So then to be unblocked form playing with each other we arew asked to pay money

That is totaly wrong

you can see the main problem but now a new one has occured I'm being asked to pay for a membership if I want to play with my brother again!
So basically I'm being husselled for my money I refuse to pay for a game that I don't play enough to spend money on

Asking people to upgrade is so we can see if they're separate people from billing information. Also, most people won't pay for two accounts just to cheat. Furthermore, people are less likely to cheat when they've paid for something and have something to lose.

You needed to add a few more options in your poll. Should have put:

"I refuse to pay 25 bucks for a full year of playing a great game and I don't want to support the people who work hard at providing this site. I am afraid I will have to file Chapter 11 if I spend THAT MUCH money at one time."

So stop whining and play!!!
