yeah, Darren Aronofsky is great. still haven't seen The Fountain, but i should do that soon. i think Requiem has the record for the most cuts in a feature length film, and i remember reading an article before the film came out about how one of Aronofsky's objectives in making the film was to legitimize the practice of "flipping the line" as a method of psychedelic film-making.savant wrote:3. The Best TV show is definitely Commando Cody...

I have not seen it yet, because the last thing I'm going to do with my hard-earned money is spend it on Ben Stein. However, I've seen enough discussion of the content to have a general idea, and I will view it for myself eventually (for free, ideally). I hear there are quite a few nazi comparisons, which are clever, and original. Really, the behavior of the creators of the film more than speak for it, however.Nataki Yiro wrote:I actually found it quite entertaining and well made. It was merely a documentary on how Neo-Darwinism denies all other theories access to science. Darwin challenged the theories of his day and was successful. If anyone challenges the theories of our day they are silenced. Is that what science is about? Silencing ideas that we personally don't like...
I would suggest you go see it (I'm assuming you haven't seen it because that would be just too good for you to see a movie then made a judgment about it). It has very good discussions between the leading people of Neo-Darwinism and those who reject Neo-Darwinism.
Have you seen any of the movies I posted?
It's a Wonderful Life is one of my favs. I watch it every Christmas without fail...
