Battle for the Continents Tournament: [WINNER: killmanic]

Can you conquer each continent and rule the world? Do you have the strength to fight alone and vanquish all others? If so this is the tournament for you.

This tournament is a 1 v 1 gauntlet. This is for premium players only since the final round requires six simultaneous games.

Each win will be worth 2 points and each loss will be worth 0 points. Any ties in each round will be decided on the Australia map. Each tie will be decided by best of three games. Each round points will start over.

All games will be seq, flat, chained, sunny (no FOW)

Round 1:

Map: Africa

25 players will be divided into 5 groups. Each of the five groups will play 1 v 1 games against everyone in their group. The player with fewest points in each group in round one is eliminated. The other players will advance to round 2.

Round 2:

Map: Europe

20 players will be divided into 4 groups. Each will again play 1 v 1 games within their groups. Player with fewest points in each group will be eliminated. Other 16 players will advance to round 3

Round 3:

Map: Asia

16 players will be divided into 4 groups. Each will play 1 v 1 games and the two players in each group with the lowest points will be eliminated. Surviving 8 will advance to next round.

Round 4:

Map: North America

8 in 2 groups. Two players with lowest points in each group will be eliminated. Surviving 4 will advance.

Round 5:

Map: Arctic

4 players play each other in 1 v 1 games against each other player twice. The player with the highest points in this round will be crowned “Ruler of the Continents”.
