Well, I'm not going to argue with your very, very thorough data consisting of two players (the second of which hasn't actually done to you what you're alleging he does since you're currently playing in the only game you've played against him) as being an authoritive on the mind of an officer.xroads wrote:If you are not an officer & beat a higher up, why do they get pissy?
I have played 3 6 player Gazala games with Waynemgough.
Finally win one of them & he reams me on the feedback even though not one word was said in game chat. Got a 0 on fair play & a 2 on attitude.
If you beat mystique you get put on foe list so you cant join his games anymore.

I'm not telling you to shoo because you're not an officer. I'm telling you to shoo because you've started a silly thread. You want to call out some player for giving you bad ratings, join the freaking club. Or is this simply a way to post a new thread about the same damned thing? That being, pissing and moaning about the ratings.xroads wrote:My game with Mystique- A friend tried joining with me & was denied. He played 1 game with him, won & was put on foe list.
As for me shooing away. I was a colonel a few weeks ago. The deciding I wanted those cool shiney medals I started playing games on different maps on different styles then I was used to & have been getting my ass handed to me

Yep I have been there done that. Lost 600 points in 2 weeks.lord voldemort wrote:its annoying cause half the time when officers + lose its to bad dice or sheer dumb luck...and then it costs us 50 ish points...

lol, not talkin specifics, just now you can lose a lot of points to a cook, even i do! 30+ last time(only time) but stil i think its part of the game and enjoy it. i just want to get revenge by challenging people to rematches where i win. points are not the end all of cq, they are nice but ............AAFitz wrote:So how many high ranks are you talking about here... which ones are pissy and which arent?... or is this just a general statement that makes it easier to complain. its nicer to play and try forget about them and just play to feal good!
anyone agree with that?
I agree that you have jerks who are high ranked, jerks who are cooks ... You cannot change em, so yes, I avoid them.liamo6969 wrote:lol, not talkin specifics, just now you can lose a lot of points to a cook, even i do! The other half of the time is when they make a stupid move or a combination of the three? Your point being? Being an officer doesnt make one more intelligent or lucky then a stripe. You just lose more points. Big Whoop!lord voldemort wrote:its annoying cause half the time when officers + lose its to bad dice or sheer dumb luck...and then it costs us 50 ish points...
no but it generally makes them better at this game though...Iron Butterfly wrote:The other half of the time is when they make a stupid move or a combination of the three? Your point being? When officers were stripes im sure they reveled in the points they gained from officers. Its the circle of life of CC.
Im here to play not protect some meaningless tripe that means nothing to anyone except to folks who play this game, which is meaningless in the grand scheme anyways.

Was hahaha3hahaha ran with those accounts as well ? Not implying anything just wondering because of the similarity in names.Fruitcake wrote:0 stars does not detract from your total, so no worries there.
Are you sure you were playing mystique? You sure it was really him? Perish the thought you may have actually beaten:

As to the question regarding foe lists. Just wait until you find others joining you in team games who actually have you on their foe list!!! Meaning, they are happy to join you but not play you!!! When I find this out I generally send them a pm returning the compliment and asking them to take time out so they can go and search for a long hard rod to put where their backbone should be.
If they get 'pissy' just relax....and stick them on your foe list.
I did wonder, but far be it for me to point any fingers. I'm pretty sure that super sleuth Frop would have already checked that out.Scott-Land wrote:Was hahaha3hahaha ran with those accounts as well ? This is going to come off as elitist but, so be it. While I understand that some people of high rank are there because they specialize in very specific formats that they've mastered or feast upon noobs in team games, that doesn't change the fact that high ranking players tend to be better. Hell, even the ones who take advantage of the short cuts I mentioned are at least better at the formats that they choose or it wouldn't work.Iron Butterfly wrote:The other half of the time is when they make a stupid move or a combination of the three? You were piled on because it's a baseless argument. Whenever you guys make this stupid claim, you always point to a few people who generally seem like a-holes anyway and use that as your evidence.wrestler1ump wrote:I tried to make a similar point about high ranked players being not-so-nice people, but I was piled on for it. Obviously I am not the only one who finds high rankers to have a certain arrogance about them, so my point in the first place was obviously legit. I don't find a lot of sub 1000 players scream and swear when they don't win a game.
