Many more games where all or 2 of them have played. All seem to play right after each other. Some times they dont try and win with a certain account. Just take 1 square and a card and eliminate each other accounts in the end.
e.g. in game 3075389 yellow and pink has not been trying and only attacking 1 territory every turn.

Upon more investigation I think I found more proof

Look at game 2834589

Pickilo and Torbino were fighting other opponents. When they were the only 2 left Pickilo didn't even bother to place his troops and let Torbino kill off his last 20 odd territory's.

torbino seems not to have his account suspended. Was this cheat supposed to have all his accounts disabled?

The torbino account is currently inactive, as the other two as well, but busted accounts are allowed to finish their ongoing games.
