cards?

ive noticed sometimes when someone runs out of time during their turn, from forgetting to hit end turn that it doesnt say in the game log that they got a card.

if i dont end fortification, and i run out of time, do i not get a card?

Even a better question - what determines the color and location of cards earned? completely random? Can I buy more mixed sets?

yes, that would be a good game option, 1 set mixed cards would cost, say 20 points?
