i say on the site,because you've got so many hours going through "friendly warning", "unfriendly warnings", clan challenges, dealing with membership, posting, and oh, playing a game once in a while

on school days, 1-2 hours
on weekends and holidays, sometimes a couple of minutes and sometimes 3-4 hours
