Both are from Brazil and both have played against each other often with the result of one of the winning. CAP2001 decided to attack me when Peteta owned all of Asia and Oceania. All I owned was the amazon? Then when CAP2001 knocked me out of S. America and began attacking Peteta there was no response from Peteta, just kept backing up defenses. Initially just thought these guys were just dumb until I saw they play a lot of games together. They are either friends using secret diplomacy or they are the same person. Have a look at their games together - they never talk but seem to be up playing each other many times?

its a lot of work to reset pointscore's considering most people will loose or gain points whenever they finish games, and they all get an unfair (dis) advantage.
in short. Its been told in the rules whats happening, and you now know why.
