question about hosting a tournament

thanks to OP for such an extended info he has provided which draws the roadmap for an organizer.
Having read that long text, i still have a question. Maybe answer is there inside the text but i might have missed, not sure about it.

My question s as follows.

Every player has maximum 50 games limit in their waiting game list. Are tournament games counted as waiting games for organizer too ? How does it look like ..? Or what, tournaemnt games have another level of definition and not counted as waiting games at organizer's window, then organizer has nothing to get worried about weather he has run off his game waiting list is full or not with off tournament games ?

Lets assume player X is about to organize a tournament, he will then conduct 20 concurrent tournament games at a time. Then should player X keep minimum 20 games left empty in his/her waiting game list ?

No, they aren't.

Games that organiser makes aren't shown anywhere in his/her profile/games list. They exist as stand-alone games and can be found either "Join a Game" under tournament tag or can be searched through game finder. So no worrying about filling your waiting games list.

It will take some time dear amazonny,
i believe it is plans anyone to make which lets things go perfect or simply sucks. Then, because it will be my first, i m making things certain and clear before i press the start button...
i m likely to ask further questions to you by the time goes anyways...
i m glad as well we all have you and likely ppl who are helpful and nice with letting newbies to learn
