Moderators: Multi Hunters, Cheating/Abuse Team

He didn't cheat at all. He played you for a fool. Why you thought you should broadcast this to the rest of us is beyond me.banockles wrote:Who said abuse? He's a fucking cheat mate, simple as.
Not sure if banockles can read this (he has me on foe for 'cheating' I believe) however in this case I do have sympathy. It IS an old trick and one I encountered a couple of times during speed games. In this situation I usually suggest to the other player concerned to hold fire UNTIL that player as actually deadbeated. I one smoked a player out this way and was he FURIOUS that we hadn't simply played on. Claimed he wasn't cheating, of course.banockles wrote:for more of a reason than you responding to it . it effected me, not you and yet your life is so empty you felt the need to put your oar in. get a life kid.

You're almost right. It didn't affect me in the least, until you decided to shout from the mountains that you got suckered, plain and simple. Perhaps I shall overcome the "emptiness" of my life by accusing all who best me at a game, of cheating.banockles wrote:for more of a reason than you responding to it . it effected me, not you and yet your life is so empty you felt the need to put your oar in. get a life kid.
diplomacy works in many ways... you got schooled by someone that was a bit smarter...-0lancehoch wrote:There is no rule against giving misinformation in the game chat.

It's nowhere near breaking a rule, and it worked. It is sour grapes.JayMes wrote:No it is not being schooled - it is low cheap tactics.
Deadbeating is missing all 3 turns. So no, it's never effective.obliterationX wrote:Deadbeating is effective at times, and although it should be condoned, it seems that yellow has an excuse.
