Canadian Doubles and Fillipino Doubles

Concise description:
Canadian doubles is the tennis variation where 2 players play 1, in order to be fair the single can aim anywhere on the other court but the doubles can only aim into the "singles alley". If this were transferred to CC I would suggest the following

• Player and Team both have 50% of the map
• Play Order TeamPlayer1, Player1, TeamPlayer2
• Card Cash values for P1 are doubled
• Base reinforcements are 6 for Player

Filipino doubles is the tennis variation where 2 players play 3.

• Both teams have 50% of court
• Team of 2 has a multiplier of 1.5 to minimum reinforcements and cards
• Play order as Canadian but add Player2, and TeamPlayer3 to end
