Our next idea for map is a map based on the ancient wonders of the world, maybe include the modern ones as well? What do you think?

I say try it but how many wonders are there? I say be lenient and include as many as possible...

I dunno there arnt that many wonders... unless you make up your own. you only have modern, ancient and industrial wonders. I suppose you could do it with 3 territories and make the wonder regions. But it would be kinda smallish. I can't see any other way to group them and use the actual wonders. But if you can pull it off it sounds like a great map.

you could make each wonder a region bonus and then have those three add an extra continent bonus. Or just have each wonder be a region bonus. divide it up into rooms / levels / parts.. etc.
