i think this guy WANTS to be busted...

he's played almost all of the hard games and won at them at least once.
feudal, city mogul, new world, waterloo, prison riot, and aor3.
while admittedly, these maps aren't too hard, they should be impossible for someone new to this site. his first game, on feudal, he takes about 20 seconds per move on the first turn. ok, that looks normal. but after that, he plays the map like a pro. i doubt that this is just a case of a smart noob...
