Someone who starts difficult games that only they know how to win. Lots of new people tend to join, not realising they'll obviously lose and hense easy victory for the farmer.

they'll also use other "tactics" such as leaving experienced and skilled players bad (unwarranted) ratings and foeing anyone that can beat them...

Or they invite new players to join games with them often freestyle so the player wants to deadbeat because they don't understand
