Well, how mine skill going up,then i realised that old avatar need to be redesign.

Well he is at least trying to write in a foreign language. I would suggest you focus your literacy enlightenment techniques/strategies/etc on USA college students. And I am making this statement based on my teaching experience. To begin with you can start with nuclear vs nucelar.

That was almost funny... but what's funnier is the old saying "The sun never sets on the British empire".... LOL The Brits have literally been kicked off of every continent on Earth, and the sun sure sets awfully quick now.

Yes, but those days are long gone, now aren't they? Like I said, the sun sets quickly on the British Empire now...
As for Bush's comment, although I never heard it I'll assume he did actually say it. But do remember that Bush was just as hated in the U.S. as he was elsewhere.
And about our being the least respected country - do you think Americans really care? I mean, when we elect a President, the entire world knows his name. Who's the leader of your country? Is he a household name? -Clearly not in most of the world.
My initial reply was to a Canadian who was talking about how uneducated our college students are - yet, a trip to any major American University shows that people from all over the world value the education they get from our schools. -This being evident in the sheer numbers of foreign students here.
