2. they have played HUNDREDs of games together in doubles & triples
3. they joined around the same time, Mar 2007
4. both are from the same country (USA)

They are both premium members. Although in the past there have been cases where multis have managed to fake two different addresses even though it was the same person, i think it is much more likely that these two are either friends or family. As well, when I went through their games quickly neither of them seemed to just gives games to one of the accounts. This will most likely get noted for secret diplomacy.

considering they have only played 4 non teams games that weren't private it might be a little hard to slap the secret diplomacy tag on them.

These two users may know one another in real life, but they are not multis. They have been checked on multiple occasions: outrebor1st / oubobcat [cleared], Outrebor1st and Oubobcat are one in the same!! [Closed], oubobcat and outrebor1st [Cleared], and oubobcat & outrebor1st [Cleared]. I did also check them again in this situation and they are still cleared.
