I looked at a handful of games he has on his 1st of 41 pages of games via the "game finder" selection to find these games that stood out. I'm sure there are many many more that can be added to the list, just reference the games he loses, that's where the brunt of his abuse rears its ugly head.

I have broken up the data in this accusation by spoilers to prevent too lengthy of a post. All data that is in each spoiler is a glimpse of that which transpired in that game.
This overall as I said before is a mere reflection of his overall behavior as this is 11 games I found him being abusive in the 30 or so games I searched.

Code does provide a good service when he catches the abusers of multiple accounts on this site, but to what cost. Many many games he has abused innocent players and has cost who knows how many to flee this site because of the interactions they had with him. Here are some examples:

The game chat continues to outline where the player that is receiving all of codes aggression is and isnt and directions on how to proceed with winning this throwed game, but for sake of space I will let you read it yourself.

Code continually abuses other users in chat and while I understand Conquer Club takes its liberal stance and Foeing and Rating him have been done by the many, many users that he has rubbed wrong but
something else needs to be done.

In his case he is stretching the boundaries given to him and abusing them in a manner that is deterring from a good clean gaming experience.

I hope that some sort of resolvement can get done to clean up these acts and help others that
"get the lucky dice" against him to not get punished verbally for it.

Tell us something that I haven't already been reprimanded for, which I have told KingA won't happen again and frankly it hasn't from what I was originally counseled about. I dont at all agree with how code plays or chats but are you really suggesting that this is some kind of abuse? because if it is, youre gonna have to bust alot of people, including myself.

I honestly read every one. I didnt see one swear, except from the other players, and usually there were a lot there.

Also, as far as thrown games, they do seem to be individually motivated, and certainly decided upon because of moves within a game. In some of those games, the person he suggested he was throwing it to, didnt even win. I dont think you can even suggest that someone cant throw everything at one person if they attack you too much. Again, youd have to bust alot of people, including myself.

I once again agree that code is a negative player, and definitely ruins some games, but I think its best to focus on actual forms of abuse rather than quoting every word spoken in chat and suggesting its evidence. I honestly cant even believe the one I quoted was thrown in there. Hell, that's positive for some players.

This does seem a bit biased I have to say.

I did find this gem where code gets tooled on though.. and it does seem the thrown game was against him if anything. He deserves every word, and how he expects to win with chat like this is beyond me, but at the same time, blue hands the game to green here, and I dont think many would have reserved a comment on that. Its fun watching the pwnage I must admit though

Codeblue did this in the past to me and he recieved a 24 hour band (I think) because of it. I do not think he deserves further punishment unless it has gotten increasingly worse...if the Mods were to do anything I would give Codeblue a final warning and say the most he could write about dice was one post (limited 2 great dice or bad dice)...this is just a suggestion and I know it is a bit confusing...

There are others but for space and time reading those were the 3 I sited. And before I sited those 3 I gave credit were credit was due and commended code for his job well done he has done on busting more then a fair share of players that choose to abuse the rules.

My point of the claim with this was that you (code) specifically hunt for players who are new to the site (see reference in game chat in 1st post) and try to convince yourself that they are not multis. If you determine that they could be because the dice favor them or that they are at a more of a strategical advantage in that game then you go on to banter, flame & demoralize them for being a cheater. Sometimes you win the gamble, sometimes you dont.

If Im new to the site and I have had a good streak going and I become a blip on your "multi" radar and you decide to join a game with me that I happen to be beating you at why do I deserve the treatment you give? That kind of game chat from an experienced player should be unacceptable.

I wasn't aware of this, nor would or should be. But even with that consideration you still have to look at the dates from all the game chats I referred to in the original post. Unless you got talked to about this within the last 2 weeks then you obviously didn't take head to the Warning as the dates range from April 27 to May 8th. And I'm sure further digging would show even more recent abuse.

Look I put accusation when I sited the "throwing of games" not that it was proven. It would take analyzation of the game log to prove that, but however in all the games that I said that you had the "throwing the game plausibility" you had stated in the game chat that you were going to let another player win out of frustration of moves made by someone. If your actions in those games did not match your threats in chat then you have nothing to worry about, if they did, well then you were in violation of the rules.

I have to say... this is absolutely ridiculous. Not complaining about cheating or anything but just for purposes of interactivity. I've highlighted what I seem to see in alot of codeblue's games.

I'd like to establish some very basic... no, the most basic premis for this game. That is that no attack is certain. Everytime you click "assault" you are engaging your troops in a battle hoping to attain land or damage your enemy. Similarly, you (in clicking "assault") acknowledge that you are putting said men at a calculated risk. Attacking goes 2 ways.

Frankly... it's none of your business what kind of rolls your opponent gets and not their fault. You cannot say: "You won because of dice!" as if it is a bad trait because if you beat them, you would have similarly "won because of dice." There's a very clear line between pointing out to someone when they got lucky and laughing about it (or crying). But often, even they will admit it: "Yeah, I got lucky there." etc...

I notice that barely happens in your games because you point it out with an accusation or a demeaning manner. If you attack neutrals or your opponent, they aren't doing anything. How can they be blamed for your dice? Similarly, when they attack you, they are taking the same calculated risks you are. The outcomes of those risks have nothing to do with a player's skill. If you win an attack it's because the dice favored the assault, if you lose an attack, it's because the dice favored the defender in that battle.

Codeblue seems to have a very distinct way of making people not care at all about a lucky round. The longer the game goes you'll have good and bad attacks but don't hold your opponent personally responsable for the kind of losses you suffer during your calculated risk.


After a certain point in Codeblue's games of asserting that his opponent is not beating him with skill (often before skill is ever even mentioned in a game) codeblue proceeds to play the rank and win rate card.

Well Mr. Blue... my 74% win rate blows your 58% win rate out of the water like your 58% win rate blew his 33% win rate out of the water. All this shows... believe it or not is that 58% of the time, dice favor your assaults over an opponent's defense and while I've not looked at all your games, I'd be willing to wager you're quiet in quite a few of those. My win rate will change as my assaults lose more and more.

All in all... please understand that it's not your opponent's fault that your calculated risk fails. Your opponent can only be held accountable for what they do with their troops on their round. Don't knock their success... do the best you can do with your troops on your round.

Well this is funny on many levels. First, Jasmine's playing record is almost designed to cake codeblue blow up. "You've played 24 fucking games...you want to tell me about fucking strategy, noob? I've been to brig 25,000 times. I choose my rank you're nothing you ********* You're so bad I want to kill myself."

Secondly, Jasmine missed the implicit comic genuis within. Codeblue is a master of wit - he should be celebrated here, enthroned here or possibly even entombed here. Many a morning I have a coffee with a bit of codeblue before getting ready for the day. He is the pick me up I need, my starbucks with added profanity.

Thirdly, his opponent obviously found the whole thing hilarious. He played up to it, he encouraged the genius... he was the straight man feeding the lines.

Fourthly, any person on this site can instantly stop reading codeblue by simply pressing that foe button. Any concerned parent, any straight-laced moralist, any conservative christian can instantly stop reading codeblue and stop their children from doing so too.

Lets try and put all this into perspective:

#1 I've been dealt with about my attitude here by KingA and Twill. From what they advised me, I have stopped; end of story. See KingSam apparently didn't do his research therefore, another post from the past has resurfaced. From the new cases KingSam noted, not one rule has been broken.
#2 No rules have been broken in any case listed!
#3 People join my games the majority of the time and not once have I waited for a game to fill, weird eh?
#4 It is very simple to point fingers at someone who is already a target; I am not worried in the least what happens. I can make post on players using the language that I was reprimanded for, which I NEVER use from that time. In fact, KingSam's clan mate uses far worse language than most players yet for some reason, he doesn't post about them or any player, again weird!
#5 I've received several one stars from players when at no time was a single conversation initiated, weird eh? No, not at all, they see a 2.8 rating and rate because of just that.
#6 If KingA or members of this site ban me for not breaking any rules, have at it. Plenty of other people do just the same; something to think about.

Lets try and put all this into perspective:
#1 I've been dealt with about my attitude here by KingA and Twill. From what they advised me, I have stopped; end of story. See KingSam apparently didn't do his research therefore, another post from the past has resurfaced. From the new cases KingSam noted, not one rule has been broken.
#2 No rules have been broken in any case listed!
#3 People join my games the majority of the time and not once have I waited for a game to fill, weird eh?
#4 It is very simple to point fingers at someone who is already a target; I am not worried in the least what happens. I can make post on players using the language that I was reprimanded for, which I NEVER use from that time. In fact, KingSam's clan mate uses far worse language than most players yet for some reason, he doesn't post about them or any player, again weird!
#5 I've received several one stars from players when at no time was a single conversation initiated, weird eh? No, not at all, they see a 2.8 rating and rate because of just that.
#6 If KingA or members of this site ban me for not breaking any rules, have at it. Plenty of other people do just the same; something to think about.

LOL. Sorry Im not biting at your attempt to get in a Flame battle code, but I will step in and set the story straight.

You being dealt with by Twill & King A was an off the record ordeal, not public in the forums so there is no reason why anyone but you and the mods would be aware of your Warning for your abusive behavior. And as I stated in my last rebuttal

Unless you got talked to about this within the last 2 weeks then you obviously didn't take head to the Warning as the dates range from April 27 to May 8th

Also I can quote very similar behavior on your part in Game 4884359. ( Notice the date of this claim is May 10, 2009. Your gamechat is dated May 14, 2009. )

Rules that have possibly been broken recently are exactly as I stated.

• Manipulating the game chat to cause discontent and ruin the enjoyment for vindication of losing
• Deliberately joining games to cause this discontent and accuse innocent players of cheating cause you lose
• Being a nuisance to a vast majority of players you come in contact with
• Possibly deliberately throwing games out of frustration from other players gameplay

All violations are listed in the first post with sound judgment to back them. All offenses have gone above the standard "Foe & Rate Accordingly" punishment.

I never questioned the ability / inability to conduct games therefore have no comment about people joining your games

Im pointing a finger at you cause the abuse you continue to exhibit to the majority of players that beat you in a game needs to stop. you deserve the finger in your direction

I never commented on you unjustly getting a bad rating cause of your already poor rating. There is a system that is designed to help players that dont follow the ratings guidelines, which happens to be a system that you are all to familiar with. Its called submitting a claim in the C&A forum to get it resolved. I suggest you do this if you feel you have been misjudged by players who do not rate by the guidelines.

The excuse that someone else is doing it to is not one I would have used. And especially by quoting a clan mate of mine. I have no control over anyone but my own actions, and therefore I cant comment on it beyond that. Rest assured as he is in my clan that he will be talked to about his behavior by our leader, but trying to bring another to shine the light on to try to fade off in the background doesn't change or lessen your violations of conduct.

In short you have caused a lot of discontent in other innocence players lives by not winning every game.
The abuse you give them in the game chat old & as I just showed new needs to stop. Whatever course of action that is decided upon to change it I dont care as long as it is changed.

The sum of this report just goes back to codeblue1018's game chat abuse.

Since he has been warned before, he is again, on a short vacation. Even though he was not cussing, based from those game chats that have been posted here, he was equally as being abusive to those people. I don't know what his reasons are for being like that but he is now on a short forum vacation and hopefully, think and evaluate this type of behavior.

We know trash talking is a part of the competitive game, but unfortunately antics like this are already above and beyond what is usually acceptable.
