I get the foul language bit but not the Secret Diplomacy. Seeing as the accuser (aferr) ran a campaign against shane gom empire early on in the game until he was eliminated.

I'd like to say there was no secret diplomacy in that game. Red was holding Britain bonus, that was our interest to hit him

About full language : aferr staid as polite as he could.
We all asked shan to stay coool, faiplay and polite but as soon as he was eliminated, he becomes more and more rude

I know I'm probably not permitted to weigh in on this sort of thing, but it seems to me that the accused was going way out of line. At one point in my reading, it was clear to me that the accuser was a minor, at which point it should have been clear to the accused to stop with the language. However, he did not stop, but got even worse. I understand that the accuser responded, but it wasn't nearly as foul as what was spewed by the accused.

I know you're not the mod here, but this kind of thing absolutely bothers me, especially in light of the turn this website has taken to be a family-friendly site. I hope the mods will take into consideration that the accuser appears to be a minor and that it should have been clear to the accused.

I'll put it this way... if and when I have children, this sort of thing will be what prohibits me from allowing them to play on this site. The accused told the accuser to look up a sexual term on the internet; not just told him, gave him specific instructions. Ridiculous.

First everyone is allowed to way their opinions, its an open forum that is designed to peak discussion on the topic that only helps the mods see different points of views and justly make a ruling.

Secondly I totally agree. The language in the chat was completely uncalled for by the accused. Whether he is a minor or not is subjective, as it was never stated "Hey I'm 13 and don't like those words" or something of the sort.

Conquer Club while I do agree with its push to be more family friendly still takes a very liberal stance and advises users to Foe & Rate Accordingly and has methods to allow users to prevent any communication from another party from reaching them. This is the road this will probably go down unless this user (the accused) is grossly abusing chat in a lot of games and causing discontent on a wide range scale.

Hopefully he at least gets WARNED that the kind of language is not in the best with keeping good sportsmanship.

The accused was not the one that said this, it was another player involved in the game

Sometimes you will find yourself in a game with an annoying player.If you do not like their comments in the chat or their playing style, you can add that player to your foe list. Once on the list, you will no longer have to read their comments, and they will not be able to join future games with you if you joined the game first.

To put someone in your foes list, simply click on the member's username to get into his profile, then click on Add Foe. You can even place a note when you add someone in your foes list to remind you why you placed that person in that particular list.
