General Mex [busted]

Post by jammyjames »

Accused:

General Mex

The accused are suspected of:

Being Multis

Game number(s):

Game 5278679

Comments: This dude openly admitted to me in the game that he previously had another account, and was actually a captain, anyway... to the point, i thought that this was constituted as illegal behaviour, either that or the dude has another multi account and is smart and will not admit the name, ill leave this in the hands of the hunters to decide..

2009-07-18 16:42:26 - jammyjames: max this is your 6th game on this map
2009-07-18 16:42:37 - General Mex: OMG I LOST
2009-07-18 16:42:44 - General Mex: 3rd
2009-07-18 16:42:45 - jammyjames: dont get so big headed
2009-07-18 16:42:45 - General Mex: i think
2009-07-18 16:43:04 - General Mex: actually more like 160th...
2009-07-18 16:43:16 - General Mex: i just havent played for a while is all, i forgot my account
2009-07-18 16:43:18 - jammyjames: i went through your games
2009-07-18 16:43:27 - jammyjames: ....
2009-07-18 16:43:35 - jammyjames: you have only played 6 on here
2009-07-18 16:43:37 - General Mex: used to be a captain with 1890 points thanks to FS and seq on this map
2009-07-18 16:43:48 - General Mex: i am not new.

2009-07-18 16:44:33 - General Mex: i am not new, after not playing this game i forgot my characters name
2009-07-18 16:44:49 - jammyjames: .....
2009-07-18 16:45:15 - General Mex: if i were new how could i beat majors and captains in FS, or i n fuedal??? why do i play team games with a captian on fuedal, why did i go after u???

Please note: jammyjames fails to mention that General Mex has claimed that he has forgotten his former account, so he made a new one. However, General Mex has no idea what his former name was--which seems hard to believe, but who knows.

I'm not trying to bust ya balls, jammyjames, so I hope you aren't offended by my post.

Its against the rules to create two accounts, which you did...also, your trial won't be any fairer, u'll earn more respect for coming clean, but it probably won't effect the outcome.

you actually could of asked for an email to change password or that you forgot account and it would have sent it to the email address that you used to join up the first time.

Like I say before, you may not do anything against the rules on your new account, but to create multiple accounts is against the rules, and you surely knew of this on your other account. You could have also thought to come clean the second you created the account, ie Pmed a mod after you created general mex explaining your story, and not waiting until you were accused.

yeah i am being accused, but i came out and asked in the callouts where i go to report myself, i only did this once though... so i wasnt trying to conceal this, and if we move on i would be happy and if not i might breakdown and cry because i love CC so much.

So here's a recommendation: ask the mods/hunters or whomever it is that contacts you
about your mutliple accounts IF you should wait to buy premium until after you're busted.
That way you can buy your way back in and be legit once again.

I hope you don't get busted either. You're a good guy. You've been open and honest. You helped me when I had to deal with a real rule breaker. I'm still new to CC, and I will be a premium player soon. but it seems to me honest and helpful, respectful players like yourself should certainly stick around. I love this game . Good luck General Mex, you're a good people. Tolman

Bribery! :D

Also, on General Mex's behalf. He seems to be the most honest multi suspect ever; however, this isn't the regular multi case. Although he has created "multiple" accounts, he hasn't used his other one since he forgot it--whatever it was. What I find mainly offensive and most horrendous with multis is their ability to ruin any game by joining it twice and bending the chances in their favor. General Mex hasn't done this. He hasn't seemed to have even logged in with his last account and that would render him as a single account user.

General Mex should at most be warned since he just forgot his previous account name and failed to mention it to anyone. This is an easy and honest mistake; the poor man just forgets. He seems to be suffering from a terrible case of retrograde amnesia which resulted from a traumatic head injury he had received in the recent past. This mental suffering has impaired his ability to think clearly which is why the truth comes out after almost 100 completed games. No regular low-life multi would ever mention that they had a previous account during a game.

This man, General Mex, is a good man. Although at times he may drool on himself and suffers from identity crisis on occasional, the mods certainly shouldn't punish this man for his mental disability. Here in ConquerClub--our safe haven from the real world--will we actually witness this court engaging in extreme prejudice? I hope not! I've seen enough of that nonsense outside of my window.

It would be a terrible mistake for this man to not receive a fair trial and special consideration on account of his mental disability. I fully support the notion that he should be warned to the highest degree; however, he should not be banned or severely mistreated.

General Mex: As your attorney I advise you to see this doctor so that he will support my findings on your health. :D

It sends the code to the email address he signed up with — maybe he doesn't remember that pass?

I say:

If they find his old account, and it hasn't been used since his new account was created, he should be cleared. As long as he isn't using 2 accounts for evil (giving himself an advantage during games), I think it's fine.

If they find his old account, and both accounts are being used simultaneously, he should be banned.

But it is still a violation of the rule that is foremost prohibited. He found the site again & couldn't contact them. He even claims to have been premium if I understand correctly.
