Well, if you start a game with the style that "attracts" newbies that has constituted farming in past cases.Jace22 wrote:I don't see how this is newbie farming either as he is starting public games and newbies are joining after him

anyone else see a pattern that doesn't hold true for virtually every other player?
listen If you know where everyone is at on this map, you have it won... I know fuedal.
I am always very suspicious when "new" players that seem to dog a persons match no matter what.

Actually, the creator of games may be deemed to farm in breach of the anti-farming under certain circumstances, e.g. if:owenator wrote:Please. I don't farm. YOU do - obviously. MY games are CREATED. I don't control who joins them. I purposely created those games because 5-6 player games takes too long and 1 vs. 1 games are trivial points.

Dear army of nobunaga, i hope i made some points you will find convincing. Again, owenator is not someone cheap to cheat. He is sweet, he is fair, he is a nice individual. Not an ass.army of nobunaga wrote:take a look at my games playing guys...
I think I know feudal aND what is attracted there...
ITs just too strange of a coincidence at least for me. Do a random survey of anyones games...
1) do they have a newbie in virtually EVERY game they start?
Owenator run off his premium very recently, and opened a lot of same setting games on feudal map. He is one of those 500+ feudal lovers and one of 100+ high skilled feudal players. Simple, he loves to play feudal a lot but nothing else. I think this is understandable.
2) do they have a newbie in virtually every game they start and one map WITH fog in particular
If you open a game to which new recruits are able to join, then they appear in any type of game regardless of its being fog/sunny - easy-hard map, they do-dont understand the map how it works etc. I know this with my exprience. If you are not running your game private and if your game waits enough long in join a game list, then you will see at least 1 2 maybe more new recruits in your game which is normal, and even in your all games. Again, he opened a lot of same setting games before he run out his premium, and those games they are you are pointing out.
3) does the newbie(s) start at virtually the same position?
Exactly they start in 4th position most of times in 4 player multiplayer game. That is because they are freemiums, and they do not like to wait a game to fill but they prefer games which to start after their joining in. This is why you see new recruits in last seats in most of games.
I dunno... im not a paranoid guy... just my gut says something isnt right here.
Army of nobunaga will keep reporting anyone he believes to be cheating whatever number he was proven to be correct or not. His 1 catch in 6 attempt does not mean his 7th will be successfull or not. And your bringing it here is nothing to do with subject. If you have got to say to support accuse maker/accused one then say it. But do not dirth everywhere with unnecesary spams Kotty.Kotaro wrote:army of nobunaga is 1 for 6, and the 1 he did get, was extremely obvious. All other 5 were just army starting to lose and he reported them.
No worries...I know you're just playing devils advocate. However on your point of saying how the hunters may deem that if there is a certain pattern, to farm new recruits, why would the allow people to create 3 or 4 player games? Might as well not give ANYONE the choice to do so. If I get a warning or if this is even noted, I'm definitely not renewing my premium membership as I've already been contemplating doing so.alstergren wrote:Actually, the creator of games may be deemed to farm in breach of the anti-farming under certain circumstances, e.g. if:owenator wrote:Please. - Setting up a number of games just to subsequently drop games with non-? in them keeping games with ?s.
- Setting up games in large quantities that, as record or experience shows, tend to attract ?s in large quantities.
Here, if you say it’s not a case of the first instance (and that is not proven otherwise, e.g. by the hunters accessing your records of games set up/games dropped) and you say that you’re not aware of the second instance being the case, well, that’s fine by everyone. However, looking at your game list, well, there are quite a few ?s in your games. I wouldn’t be surprised if you got a warning telling you to be careful, implying e.g. to drop games with ?s in and/or alternate settings.
Just to be clear, this is just an observation. Personally, I place no value or pass any judgment on your game list. It’s fine with me, I don’t play those settings but I don’t care if people do.
Thanks H.A. - apparently not the consensus of what some people think...especially the OP. Which is why, I provided game links (unlike him) showing that if I'm guilty, then he should be too. I don't join games with noobs like he did. If I joined a public game, you can be sure it'll be against people who have rank.HardAttack wrote:As soon as you are host of the game and not inviting those new recruits, you will not get a warning of farming king_owen. Cos it is not what farming is.
AgreedTheBro wrote:To me this isn't farming, but I do recall somebody got warned for CREATING too many games where new recruits joined. It was ridiculous, and unfortunately similar to this case. Don't warn Owenator, prevent newbies from playing Feudal.
