The only finish draft, yeah. Arms Race tried it and so did Soviet Union, albeit jokingly…

I did not even realize that it had animation until today. I don't notice anymore or less lag with it.

The animation was made deliberately subtle---since aggressive-in-your-face animation would just be unpleasant to look at for the duration of your turn!
