Comments: This was one of my first games played, and he rated me all ones and accused me of secret diplomacy etc. This is entirely false and unacceptable as it has killed my ratings and reputation. I has a strategy I used from the outset of the game, and it worked. I'm not sure if he was just mad that he lost to a nonranked player, but its not acceptable. I withdrew my ratings for him which were all 5's. seemed to be a nice guy in chat, but apparently wasn't.

Well, he appears to either give all 5's, or all 1's, with the tags as Secret Diplomacy


He might be warned, this might be noted.

But most likely foe and move on. That's basically what people are going to tell you

Although I can agree with the rating given to you was a bit questionable, still, we leave some room as to how one personally views the game in reference. You can try reaching or contacting DarthSith and try to settle this between yourselves. Regardless, any unfair ratings will be averaged out by all the fair ones over time.
