Re: Bad Translator

Lolololol, you have to see this:

Original text:

"I know machine translators are bad, but they are useful non the less. "

...56 translations later we get:

"I am a good translation does not mean anything."

Of course it does not mean anything. You are a BAD translation! That's what you get when ...

Re: Multicultarism , is there a down side for Europe?

Just recently, Hungarian court has released a Hungarian Nazi . My brother went to Hungary for that trial, and everyone was shocked by it. Of course, it caused some protest here in Novi Sad, Serbia, because he took part in a masacre here in Novi Sad in WWII. Manyy non-Hungarians have been thrown ...

What happens when there are 5 starting positions in a 6 player game? Are they simply ignored then or what? Hmm... wouldn' it, then, be amusing to see a conquest map with less than 8 starting positions. :D

Sorry to pop into the thread without reading any comments or even the first post, but I'm not color blind. And when I see this map I feel color blind. Definitely use some stronger colors or something.

Changed as well as this is not what I intended. I want only up to 3 within the iButho not outside it. If this can be implemented then great, till then I have said all territs within the iButho. This makes some kings ...

Re: Rorke's Drift [23 07 2011]Version 18 Pg 1/10 Gameplay

Either you are wrong or the bonuses are incredibly stupid. Let's asume they are not:

So it would go - hold the king with
2 territs = +2
3 territs = +4
4 territs = +4
5 territs = +6
6 territs = +8
7 territs = +8
8 territs = +10
9 territs = +10 wrong, it should be 3 x 4 = +12
10 territs = +12
11 ...

Re: The Modern Age: USA

The idea sounds interesting but I wouldn't play a map based on your first draft. Why? Because I'm not from USA, so I probably haven't heard for more than a half of cities that you have drawn there, which makes it uninteresting for me. You should make maps based on larger areas. Maybe something like ...

Re: Austro-Hungarian Empire

Look, it doesn't give an advantage to anyone because Hungary and Austria are impossible to hold, so the only reason someone would go for the thrones is to win the game. That won't happen too early in the game and the person who wants to hold them would have to prepare for it for some time, so it ...

Oh, I forgot two more things.
It shouldn't be Poszega but Pozsega.

Re: Austro-Hungarian Empire

The victory condition is not to easy. It is very unlikely that a player who is not the strongest could hold both thrones, and if a player is the strongest then he deserves to win. I think, though, that the map is unbalanced. It largely favors north-east outer layer. Only holdable bonuses in the ...

Re: Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia [15.7.11]

I have a few suggestions about region names. Titovo and Gorski are only adjectives. They don't make sense without the noun. It's Titovo Užice. Before and after SFRY it's name is simply Užice. Gorski Kotar. Correct is Banja Luka, not Banja-Luka. Those are not two cities, it is a name for one city ...

Re: Conquer Club Divine Meteorological Condition [11 Jun 201

Hmm, well... Morena is more like connected to dying, and Veles is more connected to the underworld. Also, I see "evil" gods like Set and Loki in the trickster spot, so I think it would be best to switch Morena and Veles. As for Perun, you might follow theBastard's advice and put Svarog as the sky ...

I know that, but this is different. AS you can see, this map would have much much more bonuses. And that is actually the point of the map. Though now that I look at it, I think more regions wouldn't hurt either.
Well, anyway ...

• Belgrade: 6
• terts # 37, 38, 39 & 45: 1
• terts # 4 & 5: 3

Bonuses

Jugoslavija (anachronic, with many overlaping bonuses)

First of all, sorry for the long thread name, but I felt a need to explain why I'm proposing another Yugoslavia map while one is already being made.
Second, this is the first map I’ve ever tried to make. I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to tackle with the XML. Although I have some (little) experience ...

The god of sky and father of all gods in Slavic mythology is Svarog, not Perun. Of course, it would be a shame to lose Perun completely, since he is the most popular Slavic god. So, I don't know, do what you want. Just wanted to tell you.
