Re: #GCCM. [Week 3] [Competition Post 2]

Classic is the way to go. Conquest is fun at times but it becomes a total roll of the dice, no pun intended. The person that either knows the map, goes first, or gets better dice will win pretty much every time. We are not making a run of the mill map it should be a really good one that we will all ...

You jedi mind tricked worked and a 99 region map with 12 players would pretty much become a mid size map. I change to large for this decision.

Re: The Great Community Map Project. Competition Post 2 Week

I am reading a lot of good points on maps size. I will be happy with medium or large, just not small so I feel like a winner already. Since it looks like small is out the window. I will say comp 2 got me looking at the maps and I am just excited to see some of these come out.

Re: The Great Community Map Project. Competition Post 2 Week

iamkoolerthanu told me to come here in his original message. I voted for a medium map becasue small maps are too much of a lucky drop game and although I like large maps, I am in a medium mood. For the record I would have voted fantasy also.

Re: As you go reinforcements?

Yes, I was thinking to be able to not only advance from where you just attacked from but from chained areas be able to advance and fort to on area as you go. I know that in a sequential game the player that moves first can have the advantage, but such is the bread so to speak everything is random as ...

As you go reinforcements?

Has it ever been talked about to have an option to be able to reinforce from other conecting areas as you move and attack? I think that would make for a neat option to have and change game play and strategy for all the maps.

Just a thought and maybe others have thought of it and its been brought up ...

Re: limit for no-consecutive missing turns

I would love for it to be something along the lines of 3 non-consecutive missed turns in any match before say the 15th round gets you kicked, and after that some sort of limit like adding one for every 10 rounds. I know its just a game and I enjoy every game I play, even those that have poor players ...

Re: [Official] Pentathlon [Day 1 - LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!]

This might be me reading stuff wrong and maybe it doesnt matter anyhow but in the show jumping my team CHA won all of our circus maximus games but the way i am reading the spread sheet we still have 4 faults in game. I was just wondering if that was a mistake or if i am just not reading stuff right?
