Why hasn't this thread been locked?

Agreed. Woodruff's flame-baiting was far over the top long ago and the thread should have been locked down once he came in and took over, as he tends to do with all threads.

Yesterday, Holy User wanted to create a "Culture of Tolerance and Diversity on CC". Today, he's openly flaming (no pun intended) and being verbally abusive, both in game chat and in the forums. Not as tolerant as he'd like us to believe.
