firstly, sorry for being afk, camping for Canada day was fun but i'm happy to be home! even happier to have internet and technology in my life again!!!

secondly, i will start this and post it before finishing what im writing or reading. there are 6 pages for me to go through... so this will be the first of a few. my list at the bottom will possibly change as i read though the remaining pages.

@charm - don't you think that mafia might not have even known that the role block worked? what if by some chance you DIDNT say you were role blocked, and then they would assume you didnt have a power that was blockable, and moved on to someone else, therefor letting you have your power the following night. now, you have let them know you do have a power that is blockable at night, so they will probably just stay on you. just my thoughts on the matter.

@neb, no offense taken, it's true, i'ma newb. none of you know how awesome i am.

I think Charm is town based off the post, i think it was just a gut reaction to have posted what was posted and when it was posted.

@kgb, i shouldnt have said what i said, i was jumping to conclusions and shouldnt have, it was stupid of me. in my group that i play mafia with, i'm a likely save so i just assumed where i didnt mean too.

I voted Zivel because
a. WE are running out of time in this day
b. We spent all of the time this day on zivel-oriented business
c. If we find out what he is with his alignmenent, city etc we can use all of the other incidents of the day to see how they align or go against

this screams mafia to me, i'm hoping that the next 4 pages you can redeem yourself because this is horrible. how can you say you are going to vote someone regardless of their allignment, simply to gather information?? you should want town to live, not matter what, information won't help in this situation other than "oh i just voted on him for the information" what did we gather from that? it would be no information. but voting a MAFIA gives so much information!!

not to mention at this point in the thread, tambo had a few votes on him, and he also looked scummy, but you would rather NL than vote on tambo? how does that get you any information??

I was very suspicious of MTam, but I thought that Betiko was the scum at first. I knew one of them was scum, call it women's intuition! I still don't know about Betiko. before i forget, now that we know about tambo being in the dreadfort, i think it's a huge place of contention. most of the people that have been up for lynch have been from there, and that leads me to believe that information about the dreadfort has been shared elsewhere, i just havent figured out

I'm playing a numbers game here with the number of people in the dread fort and the suspected roles. Mtam's renewed activity is good to see; I will certainly try to monitor the conversation before the vote deadline today and may still change my mind.

The case against Zivel and others still rings as speculation, and I prefer to make decisions on facts and probabilities.

to me that sounds like you were voting with everyone just INCASE it went through, for credability but just in case there was a reason to move your vote, you wanted to make it clear that that was a possibility for you. that's shady.

i really like the way neb logic'd out the reason for voting mtamb and why it should happen.

@betiko - yes i voted NL because as i stated before i left, i would be gone for 3-4 days due to canada day camping trip and unsure of how much internet access i'd have out there, turned out i didnt have more than a couple minutes at a time. so i voted to make sure i could stay in the game but didnt want to put a vote on someone and have it bandwagoned incorrectly if i was wrong.

oh shit, just got to the night kills and see that hotshot was town, so... my switch hotshot from mafia to town doesnt really do much. sorry.

i want to go ahead and say, i think i should mention what city i am because of people that have died, and also because my city QT is super inactive. but because two town have died from there, and i know i'm town... i think we might want to focus on my city right now. i am in kings landing.

This is my claim:

OK, so I am town.I am Arya Stark of the house Stark. I have been trained as a Water Dancer by Syrio Forel and as such can kill one person a cycle. I am basically a vig with day kills. The catch is that I must know both the character name and the player username. I also can avoid all checks on me. This claim is easy to test as I already have a match(I am not reading crasp as scum though). I am in the city of Braavos, alongside Jak and 4 others. In the city there has been a lot of talk about the throne and sticking together as a city. Jak has been leading these conversations with me disagreeing. The others in the city are a mixed bag.

I have given my top scum reads in my previous post, the only addition is that, as PCM has stated, he has not voted for me, he has put me on his watchlist and has mentioned this in several posts but I would agree with his last post that he is not actively pushing for my lynch, more just questioning my actions.

I also stated that I could confirm town, after sleeping I have come to the conclusion that I cannot. I could be seen as a third party, I am not, but I am not able to prove otherwise. I think you guys would agree though that it would be unbalanced if I was scum.

I have a question for Jak, Neb, Jonty, strike and charm:

You have my claim, you have pressured for this, using a flip flop from yesterday. Tell me, what information does this claim tell you? Don't make my claim for nothing.

Not sure how you can call that a part claim. I also claimed with a day to go, with the short turn arounds in this game this seemed appropriate, there was enough time for people to switch.

Re pershy: pershy is normally a really active player in our forum games. He used to be super active when we first started. However, he's cooled his jets over the past half year or so because he would always attract a lot of attention, especially early in the game, get pressured and, often, lynched. I can't tell if he's biding his time in this game or trying to maintain a low profile. If it helps, he's about this active in our current TNC mafia game as well--mb a tiny bit more because it's less people and he knows them better.

Well - I don't know - the Zivel case stands out but I think it's too obvious.

I think that Zivel switched votes innocently, cause if he had been scum he wouldn't have been so careless in that way. Not sure - but looking back at his posts it did seem he had a genuine read on Mtam. Betiko seems to be really going at him.

Then betiko says

I'm still frustrated about the whole Charm thing. On D2 I was saying that I would listen to what she had to say without pressuring cause it seemed she knew something, but nothing has come of it. I guess all the info we have is that someone has blocked someone but it didn't work. Which doesn't give us anything really. Thought something would come of it by now.

Can someone elaborate on the case against 77? FYI he gets quite a lot of attention in our mafia games too.
