1500s Germany...

Postby Bavarian Raven on Tue Sep 04, 2007 8:26 pm

I know we have a modern map of germany but what about a map of germany during the fifteen/sixteen hundreds when the country was made up of dozens of small city-states and the main Duchies of Saxony, North/South Bavaria, Swabia and Swabia. What do you guys think? I could also add in Switzerland and Austria plus Luxenburg too...

...do you guys like the idea?

Unfortunately you're going to have to actually put up a decent looking draft until you get any real feedback. Whether or not people think it's a good idea, you're ultimately going to be judged on how it looks and the gameplay it has.

That said, it sounds good to me. All the city states could probably provide quite a unique layout. I'd say just go for it now and show us what you got. It's probably best to use realistic borders, but I'm sure there are tons of maps out there that can help give you ideas.
