The XML is not supposed to 'do' anything, armychick.
Did it not open the file in your browser? It works for me... When you click on it you should see a file that starts like this:

Yea I know what a XML is, I know what its suppose to look like lol, it didn't open the first time I clicked on it, now it does, maybe something I was doing or not whatever..saw it now though

I like the map though. Alot.
This is a map of the official districts - Some liberties were taken because of playability, but I'm trying to stay true to that idea.
So there is no Port Elizabeth, Durban, Pretoria etc.
