I think we should get a Roman Empire map. With different layout with units instead of numbers.

Roman Empire sounds good, but Roman Numerals wouldn't work... You'd need army circles big enough for at least 6 digits; and that wouldn't leave much room for any map

You don't get it really.
I mean characters like Roman Legions and Cavalry instead of 1,2,3 for number of armies on a territory.

Maybe you also could add Hadrians wall and other fortresses and capitals like Rome,Carthage and Byzantium

There was a Roman Empire map in the making a while back, haven't seen it in a while. But I am not sure if using the RTW map would be a good idea for this. You may have to ask the guys that make the series about it.

Sorry, i know its rather confusing but thats what you get when you have a forum and a thread named the same thing.

It was Guiscard who had the Roman Empire map...I wrote to him asking what is the status of his map, and if he was going to continue it's development.

Not at the moment I'm afraid. I Can't really commit to the development. If they do not see their map through to completion I may well pick it up at a later date but it wouldn't be reasonable to stop someone else having a crack. They're welcome to use anything on my current map if they wish.
