I actually do treat others the way I want to be treated because I don't post bigotry. However, the amount of vitriol against Christianity by people saying things like "the Catholic church is a front for child abuse" and "anyone who believes in creation is inferior to me" continues to grow unpunished, even though they are clearly bigoted. Bigotry is supposed to be disciplined on this site, yet if you make a statement against Christians, it doesn't count.

Of course children shouldn't be abused, past or present, but that doesn't mean the church exists simply to allow and promote the activity.

The point is that you are starting with a crime of which possibly 1,000 or 2,000 people are guilty, and using that to slander possibly 500,000,000 or 600,000,000 people who are not guilty of it. Your previously cited posts are pretty unequivocal. You call ALL Catholics pedophiles, not just some of them. That is blatant bigotry; no different than saying that because x number of blacks commit armed robbery, therefore all blacks should be incarcerated.

Ok so I took some time to go through my accusation that Dave is in fact guilty of violating CC's bigotry guidelines. The guidelines which include Religion Bashing under Bigotry.

Here is just some of what I could find.

Follow up question, should the People of the United States of America bring a class action against the United States of America for subsidizing the child raping criminal organization of the Catholic Church?

Under George W. Bush, the Catholic Church received 2.8 billion dollars a year in tax breaks. Meanwhile, conservatives are flipping out over Solyndra, which only failed because the cost of silicon plummeted making their innovative design to reduce cost no longer necessary. And they received only one check from the government and it was for way way way way less than the Catholic Church.

I didn't bash the religion, I criticized the power structure of an organization that is protecting a great evil. Nope. What I posted is a criticism of an organization, equivalent to when Phatscotty or Night Strike have raged against the NAACP or the ACLU. They've been doing that for years. It's not against the rules to be critical of an organization.
