It's a really easy find and replace. Just open your editor, ctrl+h is usually the shortcut and replace all <component> with <territory> and </component> with </territory>. Nowhere else uses component, so it won't cause any problems.

I think the capitalized ONLY is a smart thing to do as well. And, there appears to be plenty of space for this change.
either way is fine by me. If this was intended then all that needs to be changed is the legend.
