You eat the bacteria too. Ever tried a mealworm? They aren't too bad. I wouldn't recommend chrysalis though... they're like nasty little beans... full of nasty... and nastiness. At least they are uncooked. I hear they're better in a stir fry.

Last night I went out for tapas with a few friends and we had among other things Manchego cheese with membrillo, (a jelly-like preserve made from quinces), whose sweetness contrasts perfectly with the tangy cheese - mmmm delish!
