I realize that my score has become 1.

If he joins random games of people not "ignoring him" he can, but I havehim on my ignore list until his score is "respectable"

Suggest you PM those who left negatives and explain the situation and ask nicely for them to be removed. :)

Mods I don't think would remove them since they do not break feedback guidelines and they are accurate. However I'm sure if you ask nicely at least some will remove their negatives, however remember that they do not have to.
