Simple solution would be to let the Scottish have their regional parliament, same for Wales and North Ireland (and in this agreement, it should be allowed that by plebiscite(sp?), that the whole area could be returned to Ireland). However, they all sent delegates to the British Parliament, recognize the Monarchy and use the same currency. Sort of like, here.
