CC World cup of risk 2008 (Closed thread)

OK guys I'm working on a spreadsheet and could have it ready as soon as Tuesday, April 28th. I've taken all your requests and i think to add countries i might need to remove some that are not filling up

A few things you should know:

-You can join any country, you don't have to live there.

-This Thread will become outdated Tuesday the 28th (I'm going to start a new one)

-If you get at list two people for a new country I will delete an empty one. (PM me)

-As of Now there are 96 spots or 24 teams (Including full)

-A Bracket and Spreadsheet are coming (Even I'm confused)
-Anyone who is a Reserve can change to a different country so they have a better chance of playing

-The # of Teams of this tournament has not been decided but I'm looking at adding one more team to make it 25 so I have 100 players making my life (and Math) easier.

-If there is any problem with the following list please PM me

Just noticed that Russia is occupied

We were representing Russia in the last CC Championship and made it till the final, where we lost to Switzerland.. Is there any chance that we can keep our country?

Same thing except version 2.0. About Team Russia I suppose we could do team Russia 1 and 2? Could we not?

You guys seem like a good team and i Don't want to break that up just tell me what you think.

I don't like Switzerland automatically advancing. In every sport you must still work through even if you have won before. What does people think?

There's no way some of these countries are going to fill up.
How about merging some culturally related countries, for example merging the Icelandic, Danish, Swedish and Finnish players into one team, the BeNeLux countries into one, etc. if some teams don't manage to get enough players?

Yes but this would ruin the parity of the Tournament. Every Team should have to work through to get to the finals. I want every team working hard to win because I'm working hard to set it up. One Team shouldn't be able to skate by.
