Made with same colors, details, etc.

Or, if someone can find it...
the original 1957 French version "La Conqueste du Monde"; English Translation = "Conquest of the World"

The countries and all the values are the same, but the original game map from 1959 had a very different look.

Having had tons of fun on CC recently, and also coupled with the fact that I moved house recently and actually found that I still have the game, I was wondering whether there is "space" for a board with relative territories. Similar in concept to the Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, where the territories moved around the sun every turn.

The link will provide some shots of that map
http://69.13.44.3/imagegallery.php3?gameid=548&pageID=1

I suppose that if it is a non-starter, I'll just have get more friends to sign up, get addicted to CC and then persuade them to play it the old fashioned way.

PS looking forward to so many of the maps that are in progress!!

PPS - Someone, Somewhere mentioned about having a multilayered map - as in a building
And as my brain does, it went off and wandered down memory lane and ended up with the Worlds Largest Mall - West Edmonton Mall in Canada

Theres a map at http://www.westedmontonmall.com/mallmap/default.asp

Could be another good idea

Or just another great memory!!

10th Kingdom

Postby rogue2 on Mon Nov 06, 2006 9:41 am

If someone is interested in doing a fairytale kingdom map they could use the movie the 10th Kingdom as their starting point.

It was an made for tv movie with like 8 parts. It is actually pretty good and I'm sure there is a map in it. That includes all fairytale kingdoms on one. If I can find one I will post it for anyone who would like to pick up this idea.

Of course, there could not be an escalating option... only limited Flat Rate which would be linked to the minimum wage
