no, things happen, thats why people miss turnes, if you dont want to play with a serial deadbeater, look at his feedback, those who deadbeat, often get lots of negative feedback
I wish there was a way for me to know who misses turns. I don't care if they have a good reason for missing turns. Secondly, this has been suggested many times, and has been denied, because of the simple reason that "people miss turns for unexpected reasons".
