I just want the picture deleted. Since Suggs won't stop posting it after I continually ask him... then I am going above him.

Just cause you download a picture off the internet, doesn't make it YOUR picture. You are still breaking the law. The rights to that photo have, and always will belong to her. Until she sells it. The internet does not recognize those laws... It is a digital photograph. Yet again, I say, you obviously don't understand MEDIA law, which the internet is.
