... So, say, off the top of my head, 60% of blacks responding to some poll have an unfavorable view of McCain... Do we label them racist as well? Hardly.
... Obama's blackness (half-blackness, whatever) makes folks fear criticizing anything about him and makes his supporters want to point fingers at the "ugly racists".

I hate cats the only thing in the world that I really really really really really hate
Deadpool809 wrote:Totally - the racism here is from the Black Obama supporters. Obama is an inexperienced statesman who proves every day that he isn't seasoned enough to be the President. I don't support Obama - and that inexperience is a huge reason why. His race has nothing to do with it. Hell, I would vote for Condi Rice if she ran.
You are allowed to vote against Obama and NOT be a racist. The fact that over 80% of blacks blindly support Obama, however, is most certainly a racist position. Especially since most of them will openly admit that they are voting for him ONLY because they want to see a black man in office.
To me - that kind of disqualifies them as a community from ever complaining about institutional racism again.
Sure there are still White racists. But for society as a whole - white racism towards blacks is dead. The problem is the other way around, it seems, if Obama's support is any indication.

InkL0sed wrote:I hear this argument way too often, and it's starting to piss me off. "Obama is inexperienced and therefore unfit for office." And yet many of our greatest Presidents had less experience than he did. The example I love to pull out is Abraham Lincoln -- generally agreed to be an OK Prez (though Napoleon would disagree just to piss me off). There are many others as well.
Plus, Obama is NOT inexperienced. He's only inexperienced relative to Clinton and McCain -- but then, the two of them have been in politics for a LONG time.
Tell me again how he "proves every day" that he's not seasoned enough to be President? Is it the fact that he tries to have nuanced positions, not dumb-down his stances, and promise to listen to advisors?

That video was... amusing...
But how was that a good representation of black voters? Savage was being incredibly condescending. He had a lot of arrogance for displaying rather average intelligence.

It shows that it didn't matter what idiotic things CB said, they sided with him because he is black.InkL0sed wrote:Savage was being incredibly condescending. He had a lot of arrogance for displaying rather average intelligence.
If his intelligence was "average", how would you classify CB's and the audience? It's OK to say it.
They were trying to ambush Savage and made fools out of themselves in the process
