Well, you get your hands and make a kind of cup shape over your mouth. Then you use your breath to funnel a beat through them... kind of like this:

Boom chicka boom chicka boom chicka boom

Then you get somebody else to lay down the lyrics over the top of your groove. Before you know it, you've got music on your hands and the bitches are all upons.
