I was being serious, I watched them yesterday. Don't think anyone will beat them. Good team they got there.

That relay with Phelps, Lezzak (Sp?), and the other 2 was pretty intense last night.

Not only did they win but they had to come back from over .5 secs back in about half a lap against one of the world's fastest swimmers.

phelps will win all 8, and even if thorpe was not retired he would still wipe him...he beat thorpes WR. phelps is unmatched.

Michael Phelps will tragically die halfway through the games due to sexual exhaustion.

In an unrelated note, he will also pioneer the new "Olympic Sexing" and be awarded a meritorious gold medal at the Vancouver Summer Olympics in 2012.

Anybody notice an interesting trend in the Chinese medals?

Weightlifting, shooting, diving, gymnastics, judo, archery, swimming, and fencing... They're all in stuff that helps to ninja-kill people! (Well, except for diving. I can't think of anything for diving.)

Anyway, diving can help for a quick getaway over a cliff into the water.

Aren't there usually sharp rocks at the bottom?

Which is why you have to be good at diving, so you can miss all the rocks. Why else would they be doing all those strange flips and turns?

I know.

Good thought. The sharp rocks are why they require such precision... so they can dive right between them!
