tbh threads like these work best when you get nominations and then add the poll for a vote. That way you catch some of the ones you might have missed off the top. Basically everyone knows who they chat with on the boards anyway, and im sure most people even if they dont have a list, know which posters they like to read and what stuff they dont really bother with.

it was nice to know you neoteny, im sure i wont get the chance to say a formal goodbye when mr. norris gets back to you.

juan the secret is to just be around a really long time, so that you can disappear and come back from time to time and the average poster still probably knows who you are.

I used to discuss all kinds of stuff with all kinds of folk, now i post 3 lines here and there in a post to pass the time.

If i was to make a list of posters id like, im pretty sure a few people who no longer post on cb or havent posted for quite some time would be on it, simply because i still respect them as posters.
