Under what circumstances would you eat human flesh? (meaningless poll attached)

So OK - a guy gets his leg amputated, the meat is fine though, and he gives it to you to eat freely and with his full permission. And this guy is argentinian, so he's been reared/raised on a protein and cereal-rich diet, so his flesh is really tender. Plus it's prepared by a top chef from papua new guinea. Would you?
If not, why not?
If so, how would you have it done?

I have read that the flesh of ones own species are so nutritiously balanced to that species that it is, from a strictly dietary standpoint, far superior a food source than the flesh of any other animal that is not of the same species.*

Furthermore, people are not likely to resort to cannibalism with those that are socially connected with a given group. So if you ever find yourself stranded with others, remain socially connected to the group. We tend to eat our social outcasts when no other food sources are available.*

That said, I would not eat the meat of another human being unless I were starving and starvation was eminent.

If it was necessary to survive, I think I would....it makes me a little sick to think about it though.

I'd eat human flesh if it was that or die.

I think I'd also eat human flesh before I ate my cat. Hmm.

Personally, I'd have to mince human meat up rather then knaw on like, an arm. I'd probably make burgers or bolognese. And then use a hollowed out skull to hold tomato sauce, which I'd pour onto my food through the eyes.

I'm hungry now.

I mean, so long as you hadn't coveted his ass beforehand, and so long as you didn't sabotage the apple-tree. Also, if your neighbour was a shellfish then he'd be out of bounds... so you have to check that he's not a crustacean before you go a-nibbling.
