Well, last game ink went 3rd and won... this game, I went 1st and he went 4th, and we tied. I'm not sure how much effect turn order has, in the end. You can't take someone's piece in your first turn, and after that, everyone's had a chance to set their game however they want to. Just my opinion, though.

hmm... probably just as much as in any other game. I mean, diplomacy isn't a inherent part of Parcheesi, but it happens. Some people will feel it's cheap, and others will feel its just smart. So, to sum up: idunno.
