As for the ruling itself, I totally agree with Rash. To block somebody as a precautionary measure?thats bullshit! You should have found a better way to sort it out...

The only thing that this whole thread has proved is that anybody in conquer club that is a clean player can still be accused of cheating and get blocks and bans.

There is no direct evidence that there is any cheating going on, but there is a statistically significant variation between when bruce is and is not in games with scott.

As such, we are taking the precaution of blocking scott-land and brucewar.

This is NOT proof or a decision that either of these two are cheating, it IS a precautionary measure in case anything is going on.

lol, this started as a witch-hunt, and still is. the block is dumb, but lets let this thread die, so that we can forget all about this nonsense. im sure that max did map-ranks on lots of people before he found one that looked fishy enough that he would have an excuse to bust scott's balls. im you can find fishy numbers with max, and with jr, and with all of us, because inevitably when we have played so many games there is gonna be some strange anomoly with someone. doesnt mean there was cheating, perhaps it means that bruce is so stunned by scott's witty charm that he forgets about risk and gets girly.... but that doesnt make them cheaters, and this verdict will only increase the hate already brought upon them needlessly.

blocked is not a guilty verdict , it just means there is sucpsion which i think is founded...Scot is only blocked from playing against bruce, so its harldy the end of the world. If i was a multi hunter , I'd probably throw in imsominared for good measure.

Now, scot has something to prove, lets see if he can climb up to number 1 again without bruce
