i voted "other". I like tournys first b/c of the struggle to the top and second, maybe more important, b/c in tournys i don't have to make my own games and wait for them to fill or look for other peoples games to fill up. In tournys games are made just for me and sent to my doorstep...just like my pizza. lol

It was quite some time ago but I think I was just browsing forums. It took me awhile before I dared to sign up to a tournament because I wasn't quite sure how things work. I think right now it is way easier to newcomers because Tournament Handbook helps out a lot if people have interest.

Would you not join a tournament if it contained
other: spoils because they spoil games making the result too dependent on luck.

A category of tournaments without spoils would be appreciated.
