Failed? you say it as if this thread has no chance. I dislike your pessimistic attitude. Good day sir.

Do the cats ever interact with the battleships?
I imagine it would be in a bad way.

Sir we just received word from command. It appears an army of gigantic cats are coming this way.

What?

Yes sir. Apparently they wiped out the first wave in a matter of seconds.

Sound the alarm! We're going into batttle!

In other news, I'm taking the kids to NY this evening to the Ripley's museum, to celebrate the curlette's birthday.
The museum is on 42nd St, as is Mrs curl's office, so we're meeting up for dinner afterwards, at the excellent Thai where we took the grandparents earlier this year.

Stay warm out there. When I think of Ripley's I always think of the TV show from the 80's with Jack Palance creeping me out. "Believe it or not." I watched it while I ate dinner and something always grossed me out. I can remember having to change the channel so I could finish my dinner. I'd love to visit the museum some day.

It really was bad timing for that show if it came on during dinner.

Well, the curlette talked to some friends who'd been there, and decided the place might freak her out (her phrase, one I hadn't heard in decades). So we went to the ESPN arcade instead. Great fun, followed by a brilliant meal.
When I find the business card of the restaurant again, I'll tell you. I highly recommend it if you're in the middle of NYC.

Quirk Jr. is 3 months old today. He has started grabbing things. He grabbed a blanket and put it on his head.
